MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

• Use planning and creative knowledge to establish creative strategy
• Ensure that all creative ideas are developed and presented properly to internal and client
• Be creative with content, quick with trend, and apply new innovation for the production output
• Ensure timely and informative communication within the team and between departments
• Ensure that each project has a specific financial and personnel resources it requires to be successful
• Manage and guide internal and external resources to produce inventive, thoughtful and relevant work
• Lead and inspire the team to be expressive and innovative in their ideas, build a good culture, behavior and professional development
• Hold workshops to help the team get updated with latest trends make improvement on technical skills
• Set expectations for each team member’s role and do quality control, including reviewing, measuring and evaluating their performances

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Competence in spoken and written English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Filming, Communication or Journalism required
• (3+ for Sr.) 5+ years’ experience in a marketing, advertising or creative leadership role
• Proven success in managing teams for IMC campaign, commercial film, advertisement, or viral videos.
• Portfolio of previous work that displays an ability to turn an idea into a video piece
• Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing & commercial filming process
• Basic proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud/Suite a plus
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Creativity: Invent new ideas for branding, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
• Analytical Skills: Be able to analyze trends, look at new data and keep up with the ever-evolving advertising
